COOK / SUSHI CHEF

We are looking for a sushi chef. You have experience in making maki, California rolls, and other sushi rolls (minimum 2 years). The candidate should have a particular affinity for Asian cuisine. Our kitchen consists of a head chef, a sous chef, and experienced cooks.

Main Responsibilities :

✔ Prepare culinary dishes and products from our menu using fresh ingredients and following our standards.
✔ Ensure hygiene and food safety.
✔ Work quickly and cleanly.
✔ Be meticulous.

STUDENT

Main Responsibilities :

✔ Welcome customers and ensure a high-quality service, both over the phone and in person.
✔ Take orders and manage payments according to our procedures.
✔ Act as an ambassador of So-Sushi to our customers.
